Auction Items for Sale!

We had a very successful silent auction this past Friday night at our Special Culinary Fundraiser! 

We do have a few items left that we are now selling at the minimum bid prices. 

We are selling items from Earth Tones Native Plant Nursery, Audubon Greenwich, the Litchfield Jazz Festival, Griffin Woodworks, Sisco & Berluti, and Lawrence Jeffery Estate Jewelers.

1. A $150 Gift Card to Earth Tones Native Plant Nursery
Sale Prince: $125 ($25 savings)
Earth Tones, LLC is a native plant nursery that offers grasses, ferns, perennials, shrubs and trees that are native to New England. We also provide landscape design, consulting, installation, maintenance and wetland mitigation services with a focus on environmentally sound practices. We do this by looking at your landscape as a part of a community.






They have been selected Best Native Nursery by Yankee Magazine in their March/April 2014 edition!



2.  Personalized Tour of the Audubon Greenwich Center and Sanctuary

Take a 1 1/2 hour personalized tour of the 285 acre sanctuary with Audubon staffer and environmentalist Jeff Cordulack who will tailor the tour to your group's interests. This unique opportunity will be suitable  for up to 25 children and/or adults and topics can include the history of bird conservation, J. J. Audubon artwork, environmental conservation, or simply enjoy a search for the many wild creatures that call this preserve home. This Prize can be purchased and then donated for a school field trip, community group etc.











3. Antique Gold and Silver Berry Shovel from Lawrence Jeffrey Estate

This antique sterling silver and gold berry shovel was hand  engraved and gilded by John Polhamus of New York City circa 1850.








4. Stack of 5 Bracelets from Sisco & Berluti

This stack is made of semiprecious stones and pave accent beads. Their bracelets have been featured in fashion magazines including In Style, Cosmopolitan,  Red Book, Sports Illustrated, and have been seen on the First Lady! 


5. Tiger Maple Bowl from Griffin Woodworks
Sale Price: $150 (value $200)
Patrick Griffin is  a member of the American Association of Wood Turners, and one of his passions is making unique bowls, cups and dishes from burls of cherry and other types of trees.  This bowl won a blue ribbon and a best of show rosette at the 2013 Bethlehem fair. 6. Two VIP Friends of the Festival Tickets to the Litchfield Jazz Festival

These two VIP Friends of the Festival Tickets are for Saturday, August 9th or Sunday, August 10th. Litchfield Jazz Festival was launched in 1996 with a line-up any well-established festival would have been proud of.  Litchfield Performing Arts had, for many years, presented a classical series which it salted with dance, theater and jazz.
